Onsdag 21. august skal vi holde interngradering sammen med OSI Aikido. Som regel vil vi gjennomføre gradering til og med 3. kyu. Snakk med Claire, Trond eller Tor Anton om du har lyst til å gradere.
Vi oppfordrer alle som har anledning om å bli med denne onsdagen for å skape god stemning for våre flinke kandidater!
Etterpå blir det feiring så klart!
I samarbeid med fire Aikido klubber i Oslo inviterer vi dere til en Aikido ukemi seminar i uke 34, 2024.
Middag på lørdagen er fra kl.18.30 på Mahayana Asian Dining ved Nationalteateret.
Onsdag 20. mars er det gradering i Sentrum Aikido. Vi vil gjennomføre gradering til og med 3. kyu. Noen har allerede meldt sin interesse, men er det flere som ønsker å prøve seg, er det bare å melde fra. Studenter fra OSI Aikido kan også melde på.

Organised by JuShinKan Aikido in cooperation with Sentrum Aikido, Sunyata Aikido dojos and supported by the Kampsportforbundet (Norwegian Martial Arts Federation), we are welcoming everyone to join us at Ariga Sensei Aikido seminar 2024, the sixth seminar in Norway of Kaname Ariga Sensei.
Ariga Sensei is one of the closest Japanese deshi (students) of Endo Seishiro Shihan, figuring as his uke in many demonstrations and instructional DVDs. He started Aikido in 1989 at the age of 15, and now teaches at and runs the Saku Dojo in Japan. He also teaches international seminars in Finland, Spain, England, Austria, Slovakia, Italy and Germany.
Ariga Sensei teaches a simple, elegant, soft and contact-based, yet effective aikido style, and is a very friendly, generous and inspiring teacher.
For those who want to stay at our dojo, bring a sleeping bag, then you can relax at our beautiful dojo for free. We have kitchen and bathroom. A grocery store is located right above the dojo. You can buy and cook yourself if you need warm food. Just make sure to register with the form below, so we can arrange it.

Fra og med kommende torsdag, 26.10.2023, er treningstiden på torsdager 19:00 til 20:30. Den nye tiden har oppdatert i treningstider side, også sendt til alle medlemer som er på mailingliste. Om du er ikke på listen, ta kontakt med oss.
Også husk at vi ikke har lørdagstrening i siste del av oktober. Du har fortsatt mulighet å trene med Philippe Orban sensei, 7.dan Aikikai på helgen 27-29.oktober. Mer info kan du sjekke her.
Philippe Orban er en uchi-deshi student av Christian Tissier Shihan i mange år. Han har nå sin egen Aikido dojo i Leipzig (Tysland) og holder seminar i Oslo to ganger hvert år. På seminar kombinerer han vanligvis Aikido teknikker og våpentrening med jo og bokken. Du kan lese et intervju om ham her.

Jan Nevelius, 7. dan Aikikai, is an Aikido Shihan from Vanadis Aikido in Stockholm, Sweden. Starting in 1975, Jan Nevelius has been training with different Aikido teachers in Sweden and Japan. During the time in Japan, around 1983, he met and got so much inspiration from Seishiro Endo Sensei. After coming back to Europe, he also trained a lot with Christian Tissier Sensei. Both Endo and Tissier senseis have influenced Jan and his Aikido enormously.
In addition to Aikido, Jan Nevelius studied Qigong, Shiatsu, Acupuncture, and Reiki therapist. With acknowledgement from different arts, his Aikido focuses on soft contact and ukemi. With an open mind, seminars with Jan Nevelius are usually giving ideas and inspirations for many Aikidoka, especially to those who want to conduct ongoing research about movement, communication and «the awareness of the contact to solve a martial problem.»
This November, Sentrum Aikido is delighted to offer a weekend Aikido seminar in Oslo with Jan Nevelius Shihan. Regularly, he comes to Trondheim, but this year, we can «borrow» Jan from NTNU Aikido. Welcome!

Please pay attention that we are the only guests in that evening, so the food must be pre-payed. The restaurant needs to know how much food they should prepare. More information on this link.
